Loss and grief are the two most common problems that every individual face in their life at one point of time or the other. Every individual is different and so are their coping mechanisms but support groups or peer groups play a very significant role in helping those who are suffering from extreme grief and mental pain due to that. Often it happens that a person who has isolated himself or herself from the social world due to grief feels connected with the other members of the peer group and once again feels the need to open up.
